Customer Onboarding
See how Nuvo takes new accounts from application to approval without the back-and-forth.

Most credit teams take about three weeks to approve a new account. But with Nuvo, the average is one day. And when the Onboarding Agent handles the application, approvals can clear in under a minute. The difference is that verification runs while the customer is filling out the form, not after they submit it.
Every application is checked as it's filled out against trusted third-party databases. Nuvo confirms the applicant controls the email address they're using, then validates the business against IRS EIN records, Secretary of State filings, and registered-agent details. Address, domain age, and IP signals are captured as well, so a business operating from a residential address, or on a domain registered last week, gets flagged before it reaches your team.
A trade reference is confirmation from another supplier that a business pays as agreed. In a Nuvo application the customer selects the suppliers they want to list, and any that are already on the Nuvo Network come back verified without a phone call. For the rest, Nuvo sends the request and runs the follow-ups.
No. Applicants get a link, enter their email, and confirm a six-digit code — no account, no password to forget. That code does double duty: it proves the person filling out the application actually controls the inbox it was sent to.
Yes. Fields, wording, and your own terms and conditions are configurable, and you can run different flows for different customer types — a short form for cash accounts, a full credit application for terms. You can start by mirroring the paper form your customers already know and then let the Onboarding Agent’s dynamic tailored application experience maximize your application conversion rates.
Yes. Each rep can get their own application link and a matching QR code, so they can send it from their phone or hand it over in person at a jobsite, a trade show, or a customer's counter. Applications come back tagged to whoever sent them, and you control whether notifications route to the sales team, the credit team, or both.
No. If your ERP is connected, Nuvo can pull in your existing customer records automatically, and outreach them for updates based on your own policy – by time (e.g. annual account review) or by trigger (e.g. expired tax certificate).
If your system is not connected, Nuvo runs a backfill. You export your current customer list, and load it into Nuvo, including any refresh cadence you prefer. When it comes time for your customers to update, any customers who are already on Nuvo can confirm and share their existing profile with you, and the rest get a short request to confirm their details.
We get it, some customers just won’t complete a digital credit application. You can upload their paper application into Nuvo with our pre-fill feature and activate the account manually, so those customers still live in the same system as everyone else instead of in a separate file.
Yes, and the audit trail is why. Enforceability rests on two things: proving who signed, and proving they intended to sign. Nuvo captures verified identity, IP address, and timestamp alongside the signature and exports the whole record as a signed PDF, the document your attorneys would need if an account ever goes to collections.
